Our Forge shop consists of 1 No. Hammer with capacity of 5 MT. Open forging and our manufacturing capacity of single piece forging is 4 MT max.

We have fully equipped Machine Shop with different size of Lathe Machines, Radial Drill Machines, Grinders and Vertical Turning Machine to do all machining jobs at our Works.
HEAT TREATMENT :

Heat treatment facility is equipped with Water / Oil Quenching and the said forgings is heat treated (Normalized, Annealed, Quenched, Tampered & Solution Annealed)
